Terms and Conditions

By registering with The BIG Spring Clean, you and your organisation/group agree that:

1. TIDY Northern Ireland can store your contact details for future events but will not share them with any third party.

2. Only content related to the purposes of the site will be submitted on the online forms. Inappropriate content will result in the organiser/group's details being removed from the site.

3. Any registered event will be managed and promoted in a responsible manner, giving consideration to factors including the safety of volunteers, supervision of activities and the proper disposal of waste.

4. The appropriate local authorities and landowners will be consulted and local laws and regulations respected.

5. The BIG Spring Clean activities are conducted in a spirit of cooperation with other community groups and organisations, and public participation is encouraged as appropriate.

6. Any photographs submitted to TIDY Northern Ireland must be with the prior consent of participants (or their parents if under 16 years old) on the understanding that they may be used for publicity purposes by TIDY Northern Ireland.

7. TIDY Northern Ireland reserves the right to publish comments and feedback from organisers/participants in publicity materials.

8. The BIG Spring Clean event details will be reviewed and kept up-to-date to the best of the organiser's knowledge and ability.

9. The BIG Spring Clean and TIDY NI logos will only be used with prior permission from TIDY Northern Ireland and in accordance with its guidelines.

10. TIDY Northern Ireland is not liable for any injury sustained by the group, organisation or participants; nor any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the possession of the group, organisation or participants; nor any act, omission, negligence or fault of any person organising or participating in the activity or activities undertaken.
