After a record number of entries, the 2010 Coca Cola Coast Care Awards have now closed to nominations. Once again the award ceremony is taking place at Parliament Buildings, Stormont , on 14th October 2010.

Strong entries were recieved for each of the 8 award categories, and the judging panel are sure to have some difficult decisions to make. The Project of the Year and Photograph of the Year awards were particularly popular nominations, reflecting the number and range of projects that people have been involved with in and around the coastline of Northern Ireland. The panel will come together to choose the winners in each category this week.
